Focus groups

The following focus groups operate as a part of e-Commerce Polska:

1 e-Logistics and distribution


Who is invited:

  • Practitioners dealing with e-logistics for on-line stores,
  • Representatives of purchasing departments in B2B companies,
  • Aggregators of courier and postal services.

Group objectives:

  • Identification of problems encountered in distribution of goods sold on-line,
  • Development of an action plan for improving the situation within the scope of e-logistics and distribution.

2 e-Services


Who is invited:

  • Entities operating within the scope of B2C e-services,
  • Entities operating within the scope of B2B e-services,
  • Representatives of entities selling digital contents,
  • IT services for e-commerce.

Group objectives:

  • Identification of factors hindering the development of e-commerce in Poland as well as development of an action plan changing the situation, 
  • Working out of good practices supporting the development of e-services within the scope of tourism, payments, IT solutions, etc.

3 Research


Who is invited:

  • Market research specialists,
  • e-commerce practitioners.

Group objectives:

  • Identification of market needs within the scope of e-commerce research,
  • Working out of joint research necessary for the e-commerce market,
  • Working out of the standards for measuring the e-commerce market.

4 e-Payments


Who is invited:

  • Representatives of e-payments and micropayments branch,
  • Companies offering complex agency services in modern, cash-free settlement of payment transactions.

Group objectives:

  • Conducting activities connected with building consumer's confidence in on-line payments,
  • Working out of good business practices,
  • Identification of branch problems.

5 e-commerce promotion and education


Who is invited:

  • People with experience in promotional activities,
  • e-commerce branch.

Group objectives:

  • Working out of activities aiming at promotion of:
    - electronic commerce,
    - the whole e-commerce branch,
    - digital/internet economy.

6 The e-Commerce Polska School


Who is invited:

  • People with experience within the scope of developing training programmes in the field of e-commerce,
  • People with experience in conducting trainings in the field of e-commerce.

Group objectives:

  • Development of an educational plan corresponding to the e-commerce market needs within the scope of education,
  • Working out of educational training programmes for the following target groups:
    - consumers
    - young people
    - seniors planning their activity in e-commerce (University of the Third Age)
